Maersk Line Limited is seeking a Senior Client Program Director to lead a major client account within automotive supply chain environments. You will align customer strategy with operational execution, governance and growth across Maersk functions, delivering measurable value and risk-managed outcomes.

The role requires senior leadership, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to drive cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, international setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience in business, logistics or engineering.
• Experience leading complex customer programmes and cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and executive presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver strategic growth plans, programme roadmaps and customer priorities.
• Lead cross-functional teams across client, Maersk, Commercial, Product, Ops and Finance.
• Establish KPIs, governance and reporting with clear ownership and actions.
• Manage risks, escalations and change to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Drive value creation and continuous improvement across the global operating model.
• Lead executive reviews and program governance with the customer and Maersk leadership.
