Job summary

Arva Intelligence seeks a Global Client Partner to own end-to-end delivery for our enterprise CPG accounts. You will manage client relationships, coordinate cross-functional teams, and become the primary accountable owner for large global clients across the US, Panama, and Malaysia, with ~50% travel.

The role requires 8–12 years in delivery-focused positions, experience in a large CPG business, knowledge of regenerative agriculture, MRV and carbon accounting, and strong program-management

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience in delivery-accountable roles within large organizations.
• Experience inside a large CPG company, especially with procurement and sustainability.
• Credible knowledge of regenerative agriculture practices, MRV, carbon accounting, and field operations.
• Strong program-management skills: tracking, meetings, and accountability without formal authority.
• Executive presence with clients and humility about internal credit.
• Willingness to acknowledge and communicate potential delays in advance.
• Fluent Spanish a plus to work with Panama teams.
• Willingness to travel ~50% to the US, Panama, and Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Delivery: translate contracts into one plan with owners and dates; manage trackers and escalate early.
• Cross-functional: run cadence with all departments; prioritize client product & roadmap asks.
• Relationships: maintain account map, co-own sponsor relationships, run executive reviews.
