Qualifications

• Two years of experience in client onboarding, accounts, or related role.
• Experience building relationships with external and internal clients and delivering on time with global teams.

Responsibilities

• Create new client trading accounts and coordinate additional trading features for existing clients.
• Maintain relationships with institutional clients and enable front-to-back coordination.
• Escalate potential relationship issues that threaten the firm's market position and devise resolutions.
• Ensure Know Your Customer (KYC) compliance and review regulatory requirements to mitigate risk.
