Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC in Salt Lake City seeks an Associate for Client Onboarding & Configuration.

You will manage client onboarding, account setup, and related services across front-to-back processes to support institutional clients. Responsibilities include client service, risk management, regulatory adherence, and collaboration with Compliance and Engineering to implement controls and system enhancements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Analytics, Information Systems Management, or related field.
• Two years of experience in onboarding, client service, or related roles.
• Experience building relationships with external and internal clients to understand trading needs.

Responsibilities

• Engage in client service, relationship support, and onboarding workflows.
• Identify and mitigate operational risks in daily account opening processes.
• Collaborate with Compliance to implement policies and controls and with Engineering for system enhancements.
• Create new client trading accounts and configure trading features for existing clients.
• Maintain data quality and client relationships across front-to-back processes.
• Ensure Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures to prevent financial crime.
