Job summary

Goldman Sachs seeks an Associate in Client Onboarding & Configuration in Salt Lake City, Utah. You will own the client onboarding workflow, ensure KYC compliance, and coordinate with Compliance, Engineering, and Risk teams to enable accurate reporting and efficient account opening processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Analytics, Information Systems Management, or related field.
• Two years of experience in onboarding or related role.
• Experience analyzing large data sets and deriving actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Create new client trading accounts and coordinate additional trading features for clients.
• Maintain data quality and client relationships; facilitate front-to-back coordination.
• Ensure Know Your Customer (KYC) compliance to mitigate financial crimes.
• Collaborate with Compliance and engineering teams to implement policies and system enhancements.
• Identify and manage risks in account opening workflows and reporting.
