Job summary

UBS is seeking a Client Onboarding/Connectivity Specialist for its Midtown Manhattan office. You will manage client integration projects, serve as the central point of contact, and ensure requirements are completed within tight timeframes.

The role covers the full onboarding lifecycle, including FIX connectivity and vendor platform onboarding (BBG/TradeWeb/Reuters). You will join the Connectivity team within Client Hub, collaborating with Account Managers, Trading Desks, and clients to implement

Qualifications

• Good understanding of the FIX protocol and the trade lifecycle.
• Experience resolving trade discrepancies with middle/front office.
• Strong UNIX, scripting, SQL skills; eager to learn new tools.
• Solid project management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the central point of contact through the project integration phase.
• Ensure business requirements are fulfilled within strict timeframes.
• Oversee multi-tier onboarding steps from spec gathering to production go-live.
• Coordinate FIX client onboarding via vendor platforms (BBG/TradeWeb/Reuters).
