Job summary

Broadridge Financial Solutions seeks a FIX Onboarding Systems Engineer (Analyst/Associate) to enable clients to connect and trade electronically on our platforms. You will guide FIX protocol, coordinate connectivity, and drive production go-lives in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment.

The role requires strong financial markets knowledge, scripting and UNIX/Linux skills, and a client-facing mindset. Occasional collaboration across sales, coverage, and development teams is expected.

Qualifications

Degree in a technical field such as CS/Engineering/IT.
2–4 years of professional experience; Analyst or Associate level.
Strong understanding of financial markets and electronic order lifecycle.
Experience with scripting/programming and UNIX/Linux.
Familiarity with FIX protocol and onboarding processes.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end onboarding of electronic trading applications for external clients.
Coordinate multi-team onboarding projects and dependencies.
Test and certify FIX connections and ensure compliance with standards.
Provide FIX protocol expertise and client liaison across teams.
Develop and maintain onboarding documentation and tooling.
