Job summary

Selby Jennings is seeking a Client Services Associate in New York City, onsite, to join its expanding team. You will work with investors, consultants, and corporate clients to deliver high-quality insights and manage projects from day one.

This role offers exposure to a wide range of industries, with a clear growth path, and a structured training program designed to accelerate advancement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with a strong academic record (3.5+ GPA preferred).
• 6–18 months of professional experience, including internships or client-facing roles.
• Demonstrated leadership through academics, athletics, extracurriculars, or professional experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to think critically and solve problems independently.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
• Resourceful, proactive, and motivated by achieving goals.
• Additional language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage industry experts who can provide relevant insights for client projects.
• Conduct outreach to senior professionals and executives across a variety of industries.
• Manage multiple client engagements simultaneously while working under tight deadlines.
• Coordinate consultations and ensure seamless communication between clients and experts.
• Make informed decisions regarding outreach efforts, project timelines, and expert selection.
• Partner with colleagues across teams to deliver exceptional client outcomes.
