Job summary

Collectors in Plano, TX is seeking a Client Services Associates Concierges to join our Customer Experience team. This role requires onsite presence five days a week and involves handling drop-offs, order questions, and VIP submissions, with travel up to 40% and a daily/hourly compensation of about $21.50.

You will work cross-functionally with Logistics, Sales, Finance, and Marketing to ensure smooth submissions and outstanding customer care. Strong communication and problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or equivalent preferred; 4+ years in customer care/hospitality.
• Ability to relay company policies clearly and adapt to situations.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% for shows and events.

Responsibilities

• Inform customers of services, memberships, procedures, policies and promotions.
• Schedule drop-offs to ensure an organized flow of orders.
• Attend to onsite VIP submitters to ensure a first-class guest experience.
• Resolve submission form errors and keep orders updated with Receiving.
• Coordinate pickups and ensure smooth transactions at week-end activities.
