• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Security or related field (e.g., Cybersecurity, IT, CS, Engineering, Law).
• 15+ years of progressive information security leadership experience in a complex, client‑facing environment.
• Experience advising senior executives and governance bodies, translating risk into business terms.

Responsibilities

• Set and.Execute enterprise information security strategy aligned with firm goals and resilience objectives.
• Lead the Information Security Management System and security governance framework, including policy development and risk assessment.
• Serve as senior incident response leader for information security events with cross‑functional coordination.
• Oversee third‑party security risk management and vendor security oversight in partnership with Procurement and IT.
• Guide security review and risk oversight for emerging technologies and AI, ensuring responsible deployment.
