Graphic Packaging International, a global leader in paperboard packaging, seeks a visionary Vice President, Cybersecurity & Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to lead its worldwide cybersecurity, technology risk, and resilience program. This executive will safeguard IT, OT, cloud platforms, and third-party ecosystems while enabling growth and innovation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in cybersecurity, information technology, engineering, computer science, risk management, or a related discipline.
• 15+ years of progressive cybersecurity leadership experience in a global enterprise.
• Experience securing OT, manufacturing assets, IoT, and cyber-physical environments.
• Experience governing AI risk and securing AI-enabled security operations.
• Familiarity with frameworks such as NIST CSF 2.0 and ISO/IEC 27001.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a multi-year global cybersecurity and resilience strategy.
• Oversee governance, policies, standards, and control architecture across IT, OT, and digital products.
• Report to CIO, executive leadership, Audit Committee, and Board with quantified risk and remediation progress.
• Lead a global cybersecurity organization and federated network of stakeholders.
• Lead cyber risk management, incident response, and recovery playbooks.
• Manage budgets, workforce, and vendor portfolio for cybersecurity.
