Job summary

West Pharmaceutical Services, Inc. is seeking a dynamic Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to lead cybersecurity, infrastructure, and site IT.

The role directs governance, risk, and transformation across cloud platforms, ERP, and manufacturing systems to ensure secure digital operations globally. You will partner with executives to enable secure innovation, maintain regulatory compliance, and drive incident response, cyber resilience, and 24x7 operations in a complex life sciences

Qualifications

• 18 years of progressive IT leadership experience.
• 10+ years leading global Infrastructure and Cybersecurity organizations.
• Experience in regulated industries (Medical Devices, Pharma, Life Sciences) preferred.
• Experience presenting cyber risk to executive leadership and Boards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global cybersecurity, infrastructure, and site IT strategy.
• Oversee security governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead 24x7 global operations for secure, resilient IT services.
• Build enterprise security architecture and Secure-by-Design framework.
• Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and strategic sourcing.
• Advise leadership and Board on cyber risk and technology investments.
