Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in cybersecurity, information technology, engineering, computer science, or risk management.
• Minimum 15 years of progressive cybersecurity, technology risk leadership.
• Experience securing OT, manufacturing assets, IoT, and cyber‑physical environments.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute global cybersecurity strategy and governance.
• Advise executive leadership and the Board on cyber risk and risk appetite.
• Lead a global cybersecurity organization with cross‑functional accountability.
• Oversee budgets, vendor portfolio, and performance metrics.
