Crown Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Information Security Director to lead its global cybersecurity program across Security Operations, OT, Vulnerability Management, Governance, Risk and Compliance, and training.

You will own end-to-end program execution and report to the CISO, partnering with IT, legal, and business leaders. The role emphasizes turning security strategy into practical roadmaps, improving detection and response, managing resources and investments, and mentoring security teams

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in cybersecurity or technology leadership roles.
• Demonstrated leadership across multiple cybersecurity domains (security operations, security engineering, vulnerability management, governance, compliance, incident response).
• Experience managing cybersecurity programs, teams, vendors, budgets, and delivery roadmaps in a complex enterprise environment.
• Working knowledge of NIST, ISO 27001, CIS Controls, incident response, vulnerability management, identity security, cloud security, and audit support.
• Effective communication with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.

• Lead execution of Crown's cybersecurity program across SOC, OT, VM, GRC, and training.
• Provide end-to-end ownership of cybersecurity program execution.
• Collaborate with IT, legal, and key stakeholders to strengthen detection and response capabilities.
• Translate enterprise security strategy into practical roadmaps, processes, and measurable outcomes.
• Manage cybersecurity resources and investments, and oversee training and awareness programs.
• Serve as a senior leader and key partner to the CISO and other executives across regions.
