Job summary

All Tech Consulting Limited in the United States is seeking an SAP CIAM CDC Engineer to design and implement end-to-end IAM architectures, including RaaS, screen-sets, and multi-site structures.

You will configure SSO and social logins, apply OAuth 2.0, OIDC, and SAML, and ensure GDPR/CCPA compliance while integrating with SAP Commerce Cloud, SAP CX, CRM systems, and external apps. The role also covers support, migrations, and production issue resolution.

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years in IAM with SAP CDC (Gigya) experience.
• Strong backend/API skills with REST/JSON and Java/.NET/PHP.
• Deep knowledge of GDPR/CCPA and Agile/Scrum delivery.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end SAP CDC architectures, including Registration-as-a-Service, screen-sets, and parent/child site structures.
• Configure SSO, social logins (Facebook, Google, Apple), and identity protocols like OAuth 2.0, OIDC, and SAML.
• Set up preference centers, audit trails, and data governance workflows to comply with GDPR and CCPA.
• Connect SAP CDC with SAP Commerce Cloud, SAP CX, CRM systems, and third-party apps using REST APIs, webhooks, and SDKs.
• Handle user data/identity migrations, troubleshoot production issues (L2/L3), and manage bug fixes or UAT cycles.
