Job summary

Zillow Group is seeking a Sr. Director of Customer Identity and Access Management to own strategy, roadmap, and maturity of the customer identity platform.

You will lead three programs: Centralized Authentication Platform, Fine-Grained Authorization Platform, and Consumer Domain - Centralized Customer and Identity services, aligning with executive priorities. You will set multi-year roadmaps, own budget and vendor strategy, and represent CIAM at the executive level.

Qualifications

• Strong vendor negotiations and budget oversight for large-scale platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own multi-year roadmaps for CIAM platforms and services.
• Lead three engineering programs: Centralized Authentication, Fine-Grained Authorization, Consumer Domain services.
• Represent CIAM at the executive level and partner with security, legal, and compliance teams.
• Drive adoption and migration across Zillow Group's brands and surfaces.
• Set hiring plans, career paths, and succession plans for leaders and ICs.
