Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA or advanced scientific degree preferred.
• 10+ years of marketing experience in life sciences, bioprocessing, or related industries.
• Experience in chromatography or downstream bioprocessing strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own global marketing strategies and annual plans for Chromatography portfolio.
• Translate objectives into multi-channel demand generation and revenue growth.
• Lead market positioning, segmentation, and value propositions for leadership.
• Champion AI across workflows: content, campaigns, segmentation, analytics.
• Develop integrated campaigns across digital, technical, and field channels.
• Collaborate with Product, Commercial, Applications, and Marketing teams.
• Lead and develop a small team and influence a global matrixed org.
• Own marketing KPIs, budget, ROI, and report impact to senior leadership.
