Repligen Corporation is building a best-in-class in-house marketing agency to accelerate the speed, quality, creativity, and performance of global marketing execution. The Senior Manager, Marketing Program Management, will lead a team and bridge Strategic Marketing and execution to convert business objectives into tactical outputs that drive pipeline and revenue.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Design or related field.
• 8+ years of marketing program management experience with 4+ years in a managerial role.
• Proven ability to translate strategy into execution in a matrixed organization.
• Life sciences, biotechnology, or pharmaceutical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development and delivery of marketing assets across digital, print, web, and video.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget, aligned to strategic objectives.
• Manage cross-functional coordination among marketing, product management, and commercial teams.
