Repligen Corporation is building a best-in-class in-house marketing agency to accelerate global marketing performance. The Senior Manager, Marketing Program Management, will lead as a player/coach, translating strategic priorities into scalable omni-channel campaigns and content powered by AI.

This role partners with strategic marketing and execution teams to drive pipeline, customer engagement, and revenue growth in a fast-paced, global matrix organization.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in marketing program management, campaign execution, or product marketing, and 4+ years of management experience.
• Experience translating strategy into execution in a matrixed organization.
• Experience in life sciences, biotechnology, or pharmaceutical industries strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Translate briefs from Strategic Marketing into actionable campaign plans and deliverables.
• Lead end-to-end campaign execution across digital and omni-channel initiatives.
• Ensure marketing programs align with business goals, product portfolios, and revenue targets.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Program Managers and Technical Writers leveraging AI to improve efficiency.
• Establish best practices, workflows, and quality standards for campaign and content delivery.
• Oversee development and delivery of marketing assets across digital, print, web, and video.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and monthly accruals; track marketing spend.
