Job summary

Inizio Partners is recruiting for a Global Chief Growth Officer - Analytics for one of its key clients, a Nasdaq-listed leading data analytics and digital operations company. The role oversees global growth in Analytics, including new logos, account expansion, and pipeline development.

The ideal candidate will bring deep analytics market experience, senior relationships with COOs, CFOs, CEOs, and a track record of closing multi-million-dollar deals, with a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Qualifications

• Significant experience and relationships in Analytics markets.
• Proven ability to close complex multi-million-dollar deals.
• Strong strategic and leadership capabilities.
• Experience developing named account strategies and go-to-market plans.
• Ability to build a global, cross-functional growth organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop analytics revenue growth strategies and GTM plans.
• Build a predictable pipeline and pursue new logos.
• Lead cross-functional teams across Marketing, Sales, and BU leaders.
• Establish and manage senior client relationships at COO/CFO/CEO level.
• Close deals with ACV > $5M and TCV > $20M.
• Balance multiple deals to hit growth targets.
