Job summary

State Street is seeking a Global Head of Alpha Data Operations to define and lead the worldwide strategy, operating model, and governance for data integrity and service delivery across the Alpha ecosystem.

You will partner with Product, Technology, and Risk to ensure production readiness, scalability, and resilience while guiding executive reporting and remediation of material issues.

Qualifications

• 20+ years of leadership experience in investment operations, data operations, asset servicing, or comparable financial-services environments.
• Proven accountability for complex global services, data integrity, operational performance, risk, and client outcomes at scale.
• Strong understanding of front-to-back operating models and regulatory reporting.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the global Alpha Data Operations strategy with scalable operating model and measurable outcomes.
• Own global service performance and data-readiness for CRIMS trading, client and regulatory reporting, and downstream operations.
• Serve as executive sponsor and final escalation point for material client, data, asset-servicing, and production issues.
