Job summary

State Street Corporation is seeking an accomplished Alpha Chief Product Officer to own the integrated product strategy across Alpha and Charles River Development. You’ll define priorities, balance client needs, scalability, and growth, and lead a global product team through a multi‑year roadmap with measurable KPIs.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive product leadership in enterprise software, financial technology, or asset servicing.
• Ownership of large multi‑product platform portfolios with lifecycle and commercial accountability.
• Direct experience with front‑to‑back investment operating models and data platforms.
• Proven track record scaling a global product organization in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the integrated, multi‑year product strategy and roadmap across Alpha and CRD.
• Defend investment trade‑offs balancing client needs, scalability, and growth.
• Lead end‑to‑end product lifecycle with clear ownership of outcomes and KPIs.
• Partner with CTO on architecture, modernization, and platform resilience.
• Collaborate with CRD leadership on product innovation and integration into Alpha.
• Translate client demand into priorities and improve client experience.
• Embed AI and data capabilities across the product set at scale.
• Establish governance, pricing, packaging, and release standards.
• Build and scale a global product management organization with regional leadership.
