Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company seeks a senior Product Safety Governance advisor to lead global supplier standards and develop an internal audit program. You will coordinate audits across markets, communicate findings to leadership, and monitor corrective actions to close gaps.

Your background includes supplier management and strong knowledge of GMPs, HACCP, and GFSI schemes, with 5+ years in the field. This role is onsite and offers extensive partner benefits.

Qualifications

• Education in Science or Food Safety related field.
• 5+ years in supplier management or food safety governance.
• Experience evaluating programs against standards and evidence.
• FSSC 22000 Lead Auditor certification or able to obtain within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and harmonization of global supplier standards.
• Translate standards into a scalable internal audit program and execute audits.
• Communicate audit results and trends to stakeholders and close gaps.
