Job summary

PlayerZero is hiring a Channel Solutions Engineer in San Francisco to own the technical relationship with global channel partners and drive successful outcomes for their clients.

You will lead discovery, live demonstrations, and proofs of concept, then coach partner engineers to take the lead. You’ll also create certification programs, reference architectures, and reusable delivery playbooks to scale impact.

Qualifications

• Experience as a sales engineer, solutions architect, or channel partner solutions architect.
• Strong technical fundamentals across cloud, app architecture, data flow, CI/CD, APIs, and security.
• Experience with global consultancies, SIps, or services businesses.
• History of coaching/enablement programs for technical professionals.
• Ability to deliver live technical demonstrations and troubleshoot in the moment.
• Ability to connect technical capabilities to client outcomes and business value.

Responsibilities

• Own channel partner technical relationships with solutions engineering, delivery, and practice leads.
• Enable channel partner engineers with discovery, live demos, PoCs, and environment assessments.
• Build and own channel partner certification standards and engineer readiness assessments.
• Create reusable technical resources like reference architectures, demos, playbooks, and delivery patterns.
• Support joint pursuits and delivery; transition ownership to channel partner teams.
• Resolve escalations and strengthen partner capability with guidance for independent work.
• Drive channel partner outcomes with account plans, certifications, and go-lives tracking.
• Bring partner and client feedback into Product, Field Engineering, and Marketing to improve the platform.
