Starbucks, a global leader in coffee and experiences, seeks a Director, Channel Business Partnerships & Supply Chain to align supply chain capabilities with strategic channel priorities. You will lead integrated planning, drive end-to-end supply chain solutions, and partner with Commercial, Product, Operations, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Finance to deliver service, growth and profitability.

You will shape future capabilities through process innovation, advanced planning and technology

Qualifications

• Experience leading IBP/S&OP processes.
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience building strategic partnerships with partners and stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Translate business priorities into integrated supply chain strategies and executable plans.
• Lead the IBP/S&OP process and align demand, supply, inventory and financial plans.
• Own end-to-end planning including demand, supply, replenishment and inventory management.
• Partner with Commercial, Product, Operations, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Finance teams.
• Lead readiness for innovation and new product launches.
• Mitigate risks and lead contingency planning during disruptions.
• Drive continuous improvement through analytics and data-driven decisions.
• Coach and develop a high-performing, inclusive team.
• Establish governance and operating rhythms to support execution.
