Starbucks Corp. in Seattle seeks a Senior Project Manager for Global Channel Development Business Solutions & PMO to drive cross-functional initiatives from discovery to adoption.

You will translate business needs into scalable processes and tools, partner with Marketing, Legal, Supply Chain, Finance and Tech to align stakeholders, and manage dependencies and risks. The role emphasizes continuous improvement, data-driven decision making, and scalable operating capabilities across partnerships

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management experience including scope, time, cost, risk, quality, integration and communications.
• 5+ years of managing large-scale or multiple mid-sized projects.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives in a large, matrixed organization.
• Ability to translate ambiguous business needs into clear requirements, recommendations and executable plans.
• Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills with ability to connect work to broader priorities.

Responsabilités

• Lead highly complex, cross-functional projects from discovery through implementation and adoption, with clear scope, governance, milestones and outcomes.
• Translate business needs into scalable processes, tools and ways of working to improve speed, consistency and operational effectiveness across GCD.
• Partner across Marketing, Legal, Supply Chain, Finance, Technology and global markets to align stakeholders and move decisions forward.
• Proactively manage dependencies, risks and trade-offs, adapting plans while maintaining momentum and accountability.
• Use data and insights to simplify processes, improve adoption and scale successful solutions.
