Starbucks is seeking a business analysis manager to lead financial planning and analysis for the Global Coffee Alliance. You will develop business cases, forecast performance, and guide strategic decisions with senior leaders.

In this role you will collaborate across brand teams and finance to build robust models, analyze investments, and communicate actionable insights. Onsite four days a week, you’ll foster a culture of excellence and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in financial analysis, budgeting and planning.
• Retail industry experience preferred.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Ability to present to senior leadership.

Responsabilités

• Develop business cases and ad hoc analyses to support critical business decisions around innovation programs.
• Lead analyses of net present value (NPV), return on investment (ROI) and profit and loss (P&L).
• Conduct research, create financial models, and define appropriate financial measures.
• Quantify opportunities and risk and recommend alternatives.
• Provide strategic and tactical recommendations to senior management.
• Establish a standardized business review framework to communicate insights to Field Senior Leadership.
• Promote a culture of excellence, collaboration, and co-creation through peer leadership and ideation.
• Review new business proposals, identify issues, risk and opportunities; perform financial due diligence and explain ramifications.
• Work with cross-functional teams to set targets, develop plans, conduct analyses, measure results and improve processes.
• Lead the forecast and budget planning process for the Channel Development organization and present insights to budget owners.
• Support month-end close process, reporting and variance analysis.
