Qualifications

• 10+ years progressive experience in Supply Chain, Demand Planning, or related fields.
• Proven IBP/S&OP leadership experience driving end-to-end performance across functions.
• Strong ability to build strategic partnerships and influence senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead Channel Business Partnerships & Supply Chain for Starbucks, aligning supply chain with growth objectives.
• Translate strategies into integrated supply chain solutions considering risks and tradeoffs.
• Oversee IBP/S&OP process across demand, supply, inventory, and finance to meet service and cost goals.
• Own end-to-end planning including demand, supply, replenishment, and inventory management.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Product, Operations, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Finance to implement executable plans.
• Drive continuous improvement via analytics, process innovations, and data-driven decisions.
