Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of experience in change communications, learning design, content development, training, or delivery.
• Strong writing, editing, instructional design, presentation, and visual storytelling skills for leadership and employee audiences.
• Ability to work independently, manage parallel priorities, and exercise sound judgment with limited supervision.

Aufgaben

• Design and develop foundational, role-specific, capability, and function-tailored training using approved sources and SME input.
• Create learning objectives, exercises, knowledge checks, facilitator materials, and job aids.
• Draft and revise leadership and employee communications, presentations, guides, and Teams/intranet content.
• Utilize approved AI tools to accelerate drafting while validating sources and protecting content.
