Lead enterprise ERP strategy, drive scalable finance technology initiatives, and partner with Finance, IT and business leaders to deliver measurable value through modern ERP solutions.

You will guide high-performing teams, manage complex transformations, and ensure regulatory compliance across global financial operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, Business, or related field.
• Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
• 10-12 years of progressive enterprise technology experience in SAP Finance and ERP transformations.
• Strong leadership of managers and senior professionals with strategic business partnering.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute ERP and Finance Technology strategy aligned with Finance objectives.
• Lead ERP finance modules like record-to-report, order-to-cash, procure-to-pay and datahub.
• Provide people leadership for multi-disciplinary technology teams and career development.
• Partner with Finance leadership to translate requirements into scalable, compliant solutions.
• Oversee program and portfolio management including budget, timelines, and risk.
• Ensure ERP solutions meet controls, regulatory and governance standards.
• Manage relationships with system integrators and technology vendors.
• Drive automation and data-driven improvements in finance processes.
