Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Information Technology or equivalent.
- 7+ years of experience in Change Management, Transformation, Communications, Digital Adoption, or Program Leadership.
Responsibilities
- Define and lead the enterprise change management strategy, governance framework, and adoption roadmap across Carrier's unified Data & AI platform.
- Build and execute a comprehensive organizational change program spanning business functions, regions, and technology teams.
- Establish adoption frameworks that drive long-term behavioral change and platform utilization.
- Develop and maintain stakeholder impact assessments, readiness plans, risk mitigation strategies, and adoption playbooks.
