Qualifications

• 6+ years of general business analysis experience, with 2+ years in project management.
• Experience with marketing technology improvements and Prosci change management.
• Experience in UX design and research design is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Participates in requirements definition, testing, training, implementation, and support of enterprise-wide technology products.
• Leads requirement gathering via interviews, workshops, and existing documentation; uses standard analysis techniques.
• Makes recommendations and influences changes on deliverables across groups.
• Develops and leads a change management plan using Prosci methods.
• Assumes project management responsibilities for large, complex projects.
