Qualifications

- 3 years of experience in business systems analysis and design.
- 5 years of experience supporting organizational change tied to IT system implementations.
- Current Prosci Organizational Change Management Certification.
- 1 year of experience with Accela Civic Platform.
Responsibilities
- Work cross-functionally to assess and document existing business processes.
- Conduct data and process analysis to identify inefficiencies.
- Develop and implement process improvement strategies.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support change readiness assessments and communication.
