Job summary

Institute for Healthcare Improvement (IHI) seeks a Senior Director of Certification to lead IHI’s global portfolio of professional certifications, drive growth, safeguard accreditation, and ensure program integrity. Lead cross-functional teams and build partnerships to expand adoption and financial sustainability of CPPS, CPHFH, CPAFH, and CPCHE credentials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in related field.
• ICE-CCP certification upon hire or within one year of hire.

Responsibilities

• Strategy, Growth, and Market Expansion: lead long-term vision, market expansion strategies, and growth plans for global certifications.
• Certification and Educational Portfolio Excellence: oversee lifecycle, courses, exams, recertifications, and accreditation.
• Program Integrity, Accreditation, and Validity: ensure defensibility, validity, reliability, and governance of programs.
