Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise in the United States (Texas/California) is seeking a Certification Program Lifecycle Manager to own end-to-end certification programs, exams, and recertification paths across the global partner ecosystem.

You will partner with Product Management, Marketing, and Operations to ensure certification readiness for product releases, govern policies, and drive improvements while leading complex lifecycle initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8–10+ years in certification management, learning and development operations, program management, or related roles.
• Experience managing complex global programs and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Act as a senior SME and liaison for certification compliance with product release guidelines.
• Lead end-to-end lifecycle ownership of certifications, exams, courses, curricula, and recertification paths.
• Provide guidance on certification governance models and best practices.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and stakeholder communications.
