Job summary

TalentBurst, an Inc 5000 company, seeks a Global Project Manager for Personalized Healthcare Solutions in Tucson, AZ. This hybrid role entails two days onsite and leadership of complex CDx development projects from concept to launch.

You will manage schedules, budgets, resources, and stakeholder communications with pharma partners, applying SAFe and hybrid methodologies to optimize value delivery in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences required.
• 4+ years in PM/engineering/business within diagnostics/biotech.
• Experience with CDx development and regulatory submissions.
• Experience in regulated environments (FDA 21 CFR 820, ISO 13485, ISO 9001).
• Proficiency with Planisware, MS Office, Google Suite; familiarity with PM tools.

Responsibilities

• Own CDx development projects from concept to launch.
• Manage timelines, dependencies and critical path using Planisware.
• Oversee budgets, FTEs and expenditures with stakeholders.
• Coordinate with pharma partners and internal teams for milestones.
• Apply hybrid Agile/SAFe methodologies to projects.
• Ensure QMS/regulatory alignment and risk management.
