Job summary

BEPC Inc. is seeking a Global Project Manager – Personalized Healthcare for the Tucson area. The role will drive CDx development, manage schedules, budgets, and resources, and coordinate with pharmaceutical partners to ensure on-time, compliant product delivery.

You will work in a hybrid model with approximately two onsite days weekly at the Oro Valley campus, reporting on progress, risks, and milestones while aligning with QA, regulatory, and partner teams.

Qualifications

• Must reside in Tucson, AZ area (including Oro Valley, Marana, Catalina, Vail, South Tucson).
• 4 years PM/engineering/business experience in diagnostic, medical device, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology industry.
• 1 year in CDx development, regulatory submissions, or related areas.
• 1 year in a regulated industry (FDA 21 CFR Part 820, ISO 13485, or ISO 9001).
• Proficiency with Planisware, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite.

Responsibilities

• CDx development ownership from concept to launch with pharma partners.
• Own schedule creation and critical path analysis with Planisware.
• Manage project budgets, resource plans, and spend tracking.
• Define scope baselines; manage changes and impacts.
• Lead internal and partner meetings; secure stakeholder alignment.
• Identify risks and provide mitigation and contingency plans.
• Ensure QMS-aligned project execution and regulatory readiness.
