Job summary

BEPC Inc. is seeking a Global Project Manager – Personalized Healthcare to join our client site in Tucson, AZ.

This role manages CDx development projects from concept through launch, coordinating with pharma partners and internal teams to ensure timely, compliant delivery. You will oversee schedules, budgets, resources, and risk while maintaining strong stakeholder relations and adherence to QMS and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

• Residence in Tucson, AZ or surrounding area (Oro Valley, Marana, Catalina, Vail, South Tucson).
• 4+ years PM/engineering/business experience in diagnostics, medical devices, pharma, or biotech.
• 1+ year in CDx development, regulatory submissions or related areas.
• 1+ year in regulated industry (FDA 21 CFR Part 820, ISO 13485 or ISO 9001).
• Familiar with Planisware, MS Office, Google Suite; exposure to Jira, Azure DevOps.
• Experience with SAFe or Agile-at-Scale; hybrid Waterfall-Agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Own CDx development projects from concept to launch with pharma partners.
• Create and manage schedules, budgets, resource plans and milestones.
• Lead cross-functional teams and stakeholder communications.
• Manage scope, changes, risks, and quality within QMS/regulatory guidelines.
• Oversee vendor and partner coordination, contract milestones, and invoices.
• Apply hybrid Agile/SAFe methodology and WBS for project delivery.
