Job summary

Apollopros is seeking an experienced Global Project Manager for Personalized Healthcare Solutions in the Tucson, AZ area. The role leads CDx development programs from concept through commercialization, coordinating cross-functional teams and external pharma partners to deliver high-impact healthcare solutions.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in biotech/pharma/diagnostics project management, strong regulatory understanding, and proficiency with Planisware, Jira, and other PM tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences; 4+ years in biotech/pharma/diagnostics or medical devices project management.
• Experience leading product development and lifecycle initiatives.
• At least 1 year in CDx/IVD biomarker development, regulatory submissions, or instrument development.
• Proficiency with Planisware, Jira, Smartsheet, Trello, Lucidchart, Azure DevOps, MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead Companion Diagnostics (CDx) development projects from initiation to launch.
• Build and manage integrated project timelines, schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Coordinate with external pharmaceutical partners and internal stakeholders; maintain status reporting.
• Ensure QA/Regulatory alignment and compliance; support lessons learned and continuous improvement.
• Apply Agile, Hybrid Agile-Waterfall, and SAFe methodologies across projects.
