Job summary

Global Project Manager – Personalized Healthcare in Tucson, AZ is a long-term contract role (hybrid). The candidate will lead Companion Diagnostics (CDx) product development, coordinating cross-functional teams and external pharmaceutical partners to drive projects from concept to launch.

Requirements include a Life Sciences degree and 4+ years of PM experience in biotech/pharma, plus experience in regulated environments and familiarity with Planisware, MS Office, and Agile/SAFe practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related field.
• 4+ years of project management experience in biotech, pharmaceuticals, diagnostics, or medical devices.
• Experience in CDx, IVD, clinical biomarker development, or regulatory submissions is a plus.
• Experience in regulated environments (FDA-regulated or ISO-certified).
• Proficiency with Planisware, MS Office, Google Suite, and PM tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead CDx development projects from initiation through launch.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, resources, and status reports.
• Manage scope, changes, risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
• Coordinate internal and external cross-functional teams and partners.
• Track milestones, expenditures, and invoice forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with quality systems and regulatory requirements.
• Apply hybrid Agile/Waterfall and SAFe methodologies.
