Job summary

AlliedTech1 in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Global Project Manager for Personalized Healthcare Solutions. Hybrid role with on-site presence in Oro Valley, AZ ~2 days/week.

You will own CDx development projects, manage schedules, resources, and budgets, and coordinate with Pharma partners to meet milestones. Requirements include a Life Sciences degree and 4+ years in biotech/pharma project management, with experience in CDx and regulatory submissions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field.
• 4+ years in project management in the diagnostic/biotech/pharma space.
• At least 1 year in clinical biomarker or In Vitro Diagnostic development or CDx development.
• 1 year in a regulated industry (FDA 21 CFR part 820, ISO 13485, ISO 9001).
• Proficient with Planisware, MS Office, Google Suite; familiarity with Trello, LucidChart, Smartsheet, Jira, Azure DevOps.

Responsibilities

• Own CDx development projects from conception to launch in collaboration with pharma partners.
• Create and manage project timelines and critical path to drive milestones.
• Identify and allocate project resources; monitor usage and performance.
• Manage project budget from scope to post-contract execution and track expenditures.
• Define objectives, scope baselines, and change management processes; assess deviations.
• Lead stakeholder and vendor communications; resolve conflicts and secure agreement.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks; provide risk reports to stakeholders.
• Ensure QMS compliance and drive lessons learned for continuous improvement.
