Job summary

Motion Recruitment seeks a Global Project Manager for Personalized Healthcare to lead CDx development efforts with pharma partners. The role handles scope, schedule, budget, and risk across complex projects within a hybrid Agile environment.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, ensure QMS/regulatory compliance, and drive successful contract milestones from concept to launch in a global setting. Hybrid onsite in Arizona preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, Life Sciences preferred.
• 4+ years in project management in diagnostic/medical device/pharma.
• Experience with CDx development, regulatory submissions, or program management.
• Experience in a regulated industry (FDA/ISO) is preferred.
• Extensive tool proficiency: Planisware, Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Office, Google Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead CDx development projects from conception to launch with pharma partners.
• Own timelines, budgets, resourcing, and scope management across portfolios.
• Manage risk, change control, and quality within QMS and regulatory guidelines.
• Coordinate stakeholder communications and vendor/partner interfaces.
• Apply hybrid Agile and SAFe methodologies for value delivery.
• Guide cross-functional teams through complex project structures.
