Job summary

Lancesoft in Tucson seeks a Global Project Manager to drive CDx development programs from concept through launch, coordinating cross-functional teams and external partners.

You will manage schedules, budgets, resources, and scope using Planisware and other tools, applying hybrid Agile/Waterfall methods while ensuring QMS compliance and regulatory readiness.

This role requires a life sciences background, 4+ years in pharma/diagnostics PM, and strong stakeholder communication with collaborators.

Qualifications

4+ years in project management in the diagnostic, medical device, pharmaceutical or biotech industry leading product development and product care projects.
Experience in clinical biomarker or In Vitro Diagnostic development, CDx development, validations, regulatory submissions, instrument development, or program management.
Proven track record coordinating cross-functional teams and external partners in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

Lead CDx development projects from conception to launch with cross-functional teams.
Own schedule, budget, resource planning, and change management to meet milestones.
