Job summary

Rite-Hite Holding Corporation is seeking a Global Category Manager to drive sourcing strategies across hardware, rental equipment, uniforms, facilities, and more. You will manage a $40M-$60M spend and lead RFx processes, supplier relationships, and risk mitigation for a global supplier base.

Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 8 years in procurement or category management, with strong data analysis and ERP experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain, business, operations or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of progressive procurement, strategic sourcing, or category management experience.
• Experience with direct/indirect materials, products, or services.

Responsibilities

• Manage global category spend of $40M-$60M with focus on cost optimization and supply chain resilience.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing activities (RFI, RFQ, RFP) for assigned categories.
• Oversee supplier relationship management, risk mitigation, and commercial negotiations.
