Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; Business field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of strategic sourcing/procurement experience with performance measurement and contract negotiation.
• 2+ years in category or industry-specific experience; cruise line and duty-free knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop a category strategy to achieve cost savings and improve quality and service levels.
• Oversee spend activity and purchase requests for category and determine action plans.
• Solicit price bids and proposals from qualified suppliers.
• Conduct bid comparisons against scope of work for contracted and non-contracted services.
• Manage contracted and non-contracted services to meet contractual requirements.
• Ensure PO prices and expiration dates are accurate.
• Monitor usage of contracted services and validate estimates with department heads.
• Provide category-related subject matter expertise as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine product/service specifications and demand.
• Develop Strategic Supplier Relationship Management programs.
• Coordinate with Spend Analysis & Reporting to identify improvement opportunities.
• Support Sourcing Specialists in leading cross-functional teams on strategic sourcing projects.
• Ensure strong supply market understanding and input for supplier strategies.
