Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of contracting, strategic procurement or category management experience.
• Deep expertise in establishing and executing commercial strategies.
• Category/commodity expertise including understanding of market players/dynamics.
• Strong negotiation skills and experience with various compensation approaches.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to collaborate across multi-function, multi-geography teams.
• Oil and Gas Industry or Construction/Projects experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and own commercial category strategies to deliver business value.
• Stay informed of market trends and translate insights into strategies and actions.
• Own and benchmark category metrics and KPIs.
• Use commercial tools/analytics to develop or improve strategies.
• Develop negotiation plans and advise contract owners globally and locally.
• Serve as liaison between Affiliate Procurement and Business Operations for go-to-market approaches.
• Facilitate supplier interfaces and engage with suppliers.
• Participate in category and business network discussions.
• Support agreement development (templates, scopes, bids).
• Utilize opportunity identification to fill value pipeline.
