Qualifications

Experience in Ocean freight procurement and carrier negotiations.
Experience with Purchase-to-Pay processes and SAP/Ariba.
Ability to lead and develop teams and manage category strategies.

Responsibilities

Lead commercial category strategies and plans to deliver value.
Develop and own category metrics and KPIs.
Coach and develop team members.
Drive alignment with stakeholders to execute go-to-market strategies.
Oversee development of logistics procurement strategies by category.
Coordinate with suppliers and contract managers.
Ensure operational integrity, safety, and compliance.
