• Handle import/export shipments, including documentation, bookings, and tracking.
• Address inquiries via email/phone, ensuring compliance with regulations and policies.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve issues and improve service.
• Assist with billing, payments, and reconciliation where applicable.
