Job summary

Getinge is seeking a Global Technical Services & Training Programs professional to create and deliver training for Cardiac Assist hardware products. You’ll ensure service teams, regional trainers, and customers are proficient in installation, maintenance, and support through high-quality programs.

Requires a Bachelor’s in Medical Technology with 5 years in medical equipment programs, plus familiarity with LMS, DMS, and regulatory standards. Hybrid work is available with global travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology or related field with 5 years of expereince with medical equipment programs or related.
• Experience creating and delivering technical training for complex medical devices.
• Familiarity with quality and regulatory standards (FDA, ISO 13485) and CAPA processes.

Responsibilities

• Create and deliver technical training for CAHW products to service teams, regional trainers, distributors and customers.
• Develop certification and recertification programs and maintain training records.
• Collaborate with R&D and engineering to keep training materials current with product changes.
• Audit training programs for accuracy, effectiveness and regulatory compliance.
• Provide reports on training program status and outcomes to management.
