Job summary

Getinge is hiring Global Technical Services & Training Programs in Wayne, NJ. The role leads the creation and delivery of technical training for Cardiac Assist hardware, ensuring service teams and customers are proficient to install, maintain, and support products.

Hybrid work schedule with quarterly international travel. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Medical Technology and 5+ years in medical equipment training, with LMS (Cornerstone) experience and strong regulatory knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology or foreign equivalent with 5 years of experience in medical equipment programs.
• Experience using LMS (Cornerstone) and managing technical certifications.
• Familiarity with Document Management Systems (DMS) and quality compliance tools.
• Ability to interpret technical documentation including service manuals and schematics.
• Strong knowledge of Cardiac Assist hardware and regulatory standards.
• Experience in developing training materials and certifying regional trainers.

Responsibilities

• Create and deliver technical training for Cardiac Assist hardware (CAHW) products.
• Develop and maintain training programs; ensure quality and regulatory compliance.
• Deliver certification and recertification training to service teams and distributors.
• Audit regional training programs for accuracy and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with R&D and engineering to train on new products.
• Provide reports on training programs to management.
• Support investigations into complex product issues with technical teams.
